Akira the Hustler(アキラ・ザ・ハスラー)，1969年生于东京。1995年毕业于京都市立艺术大学大学院绘画系。Akira the Hustler自学生时期开始参与APP（AIDS Poster Project）运动，同时也是位社会运动家。其后艺术家持续以爱滋、性、核能、人种歧视等，多样的社会议题作为创作题材。近年的展览包括,“STREET JUSTICE: Art, Sound and Power” Galaxy银河系，东京（2018）、“Reborn-Art Festival 2017” 石巻市，宫城（2017）、“Love’s body – art in the age of AIDS” 东京都写真美术馆，东京（2010）。其作品主要收藏于Collection Lambert、Watari美术馆。
